Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this unique hotel, which provided a nice balance of comfort and local charm. The breakfast was delightful, and I especially appreciated the effort the staff made to arrange everything for our early trip to Machu Picchu. However, I did face some issues with the hot water during my stay, and the check-in process could be more streamlined.
I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Ollantaytambo ruins and the town center. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and I appreciated having a lovely garden to relax in, complete with charming llamas wandering around. My only downside was that the restaurant didn’t serve dinner, so I had to venture into town for meals, which was a bit of a hassle at times, especially since I had to arrange mototaxis for my daughter with her ankle injury.
I had an incredible stay, thanks to Alex and his family who really took care of everything. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and I loved how close it was to the ruins, making my morning walks really enjoyable. However, my experience was slightly marred by a lack of hot water in the shower, which was quite frustrating after a long day of exploring. Overall, though, the hotel provided great value for money, especially with the quality of the rooms and service.
My stay at Tierra Inka Sacred Valley was simply wonderful! The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect retreat after traveling. The staff were exceptional, treating me like family during my entire visit. However, I wish the breakfast had a wider variety of options, as it could have enhanced the dining experience. The overall value for the quality of service and accommodation was excellent.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The room was clean and offered a fantastic view of the mountains, which we enjoyed every morning. However, the hot water situation was frustrating, and the service could use some improvements in efficiency. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety and quality, but the check-in process and handling of payments felt disorganized.
